About the Program

The Charity House program was inspired by a simple desire — to give back to our community with what we do best.

Here's how it works: With each award cycle, we select one or more charities from our pool of applicants, who are then involved in the building process of a new semi-custom home from the groundbreaking to the delivery of keys to the new owner. Within 45 days of the house closing, Brett Lott Homes donates the net profit from the sale to the selected charities.

Qualifications: Your organization must be a registered 501(c)3 based in the Tri-Cities area.

2019 Charity House

We were thrilled to present the profits from last year's Charity House to the Knights Community Hospital Equipment Lend Program in Pasco, Washington. We appreciate the amazing work that they do in our community and we were so delighted to give back.
