Owner/Builder
Brett Lott
With a legacy rooted in construction—both from a father and father-in-law with backgrounds in contracting—it was only natural for Brett to continue the family tradition in the industry. In 1991, Brett and his wife, Sandra, embarked on a journey, establishing their small company. What began as the construction of their first homes has now evolved into a multigenerational legacy, with their son Tyler enthusiastically carrying on the tradition.
Recognizing that a home is more than just a structure, but a manifestation of the homeowner’s vision, values, and lifestyle, Brett and his team bring a wealth of expertise to every project. Their focus lies in understanding the distinct requirements of each undertaking, ensuring that every design aspect aligns seamlessly with the client’s vision. From the initial concept to the final nail, they take pride in meticulous planning, precision in execution, and an unwavering commitment to creating an exceptional home building experience.
Over the years, Brett’s company has successfully completed hundreds of new home construction projects, earning accolades and repeat business from satisfied clients. At the core of their philosophy is a relationship-driven approach, emphasizing the cultivation of exceptional trade partnerships, open communication, collaboration with clients, and transparency throughout the building process.
Brett’s commitment to the industry extends beyond his projects; he served as the past President of the Tri-Cities Home Builders Association and currently holds a director position in the Builders Association of Washington. Giving back is integral to Brett’s values.
Beyond the construction realm, Brett finds joy in cruising down the road on his motorcycle, exploring the depths while scuba diving, fishing, camping, and hiking. His passion for community involvement is evident in his years of work with youth, particularly in scouting, where he has hiked over 200 miles in the mountains alongside them. However, his greatest joy lies in spending time with his wife Sandra, their four children, and their grandchildren.

Tyler Lott
Meet Tyler Lott, your amiable neighborhood project manager, dedicated to transforming blueprints into exquisite homes. With a wealth of hands-on experience, Tyler has built his career overseeing projects that bring dreams to fruition.
Tyler’s journey commenced at Utah Valley University, where he refined his skills in Construction Management. Armed with knowledge and unwavering determination, he has been fortunate to play a pivotal role in crafting spaces that families proudly call home.
His immersion in the art of construction management during his academic years extended beyond classrooms to framing large custom homes, laying the foundation for his passion for turning visions into reality.
Carrying the prestigious title of Eagle Scout, Tyler embodies the principles of leadership, resilience, and a commitment to community service. These values serve as the cornerstone of his approach, infusing each project with a dedication not only to constructing structures but also to leaving a positive impact and a lasting legacy.
Beyond donning a hard hat and ensuring every nail finds its place, Tyler finds joy in his greatest passion—spending quality time with family and friends. Whether embarking on spontaneous road trips, engaging in friendly board game competitions, or exploring the city’s culinary gems, Tyler believes in creating beautiful, long-lasting memories.

Outside the realm of work, Evie’s heart belongs to her family and three dogs. Their shared love for the outdoors takes them from the majestic mountains to the serene sounds of the ocean.
