During my move to the Tri-Cities, and the construction period, I stayed part time at my brothers, so I was able to meet and observe many of your construction team first hand. They all were top notch and a credit to your team building efforts. The resulting house is very livable and the quality and craftsmanship are evident throughout.

After horror stories from people who worked with other builders, it was a scary proposition to decide to build a house. We picked the right builder.
Brett was always available for questions and help. He would give us his opinion but would leave any decision up to us — no bullying or strong arming like I have heard with other builders. Any change we suggested Brett would make sure we knew the cost in time and money before it was started.
We could see the respect all of his subcontractors gave him because he was such an up right person to work for. Anything that we needed changed got changed. Brett was right on schedule and we love our house.

In 2000 we were looking for someone to build our house. I had always remembered Brett and the great recommendation my co-worker had given. We called Brett and asked for a bid. We chose to use an unconventional building method. Two other contractors said they wouldn't do it. A third never returned a bid. Brett's response was very fast and his bid was fair.
All through the building process Brett was excellent to work with. He was always so nice. Any questions we had he was quick to answer. Any changes we made were done without complications.

In late 2012 my wife and I began the process of designing a custom home and bidding the project with local builders. After 4 months of soliciting bids from 8 different builders we made our decision to go with Brett Lott of Lott's Better Built Homes. Brett wasn't the low bid in our competition, he was actually 4th in the pricing category, but he was by far the most comprehensive in terms of providing us a bid that included all of the line items and allowances we had requested.

I want to finally thank you for the outstanding work you did in getting my home built. I've been in the house for well over a year now and continue to be very pleased with the quality and workmanship that went into the homes construction.
Working with you and your subcontractors was a pleasant experience from the beginning. At the start, you took the time to look over my home plans and provide guidance on the process of getting the home built and also in getting other features of the property taken care of.
During construction you were open to input from me and readily accepted the few changes I requested. Pricing adjustments for changes were always reasonable and you were prompt in providing them so I could assess the impact on changes made. You and your subcontractors always worked for the best of the homeowner.
I was cautious at the beginning since it was the first time 1 had a home built and I had heard a lot of bad experiences from people using other contractors. By the middle of the construction process, I had complete confidence in your abilities and in your interest of pleasing the homeowner.
