Building with Brett Lott Homes

Research & Discovery


We'll conduct an initial meeting to discuss your new dream home and lay out all the steps going forward. You'll select one of our floor plans— or provide your own — and select a home site, if necessary.

Lending & Permitting


You'll select a lender and review and sign a purchase agreement. The purchase agreement and the plans will go the lender for final approval. During this phase, we'll assist with the necessary permitting.



You'll finalize the selections for your new home, which we'll outline in detail. Once the loan closes and the permits are issued, we'll begin construction. During this phase, we'll keep you apprised with milestone meetings at the end of framing, rough electrical, hard surface floors, trim work, and final walk through.

Close & Move In


The moment you've been waiting for! You'll close on your new home with the lender and we'll provide you with a final orientation before handing you the keys.
