We'll conduct an initial meeting to discuss your new dream home and lay out all the steps going forward. You'll select one of our floor plans— or provide your own — and select a home site, if necessary.
You'll select a lender and review and sign a purchase agreement. The purchase agreement and the plans will go the lender for final approval. During this phase, we'll assist with the necessary permitting.
You'll finalize the selections for your new home, which we'll outline in detail. Once the loan closes and the permits are issued, we'll begin construction. During this phase, we'll keep you apprised with milestone meetings at the end of framing, rough electrical, hard surface floors, trim work, and final walk through.
The moment you've been waiting for! You'll close on your new home with the lender and we'll provide you with a final orientation before handing you the keys.
I enjoyed working with Brett Lott in the building of our home. If I had any concern he would get right back to me. He was very easy to work with. He let me know if there were problems and things were behind schedule. I am happy with the work that I received from him.
Brett is a great communicator. Since we were living in California at the time, we needed him to respond to the questions and concerns we had...We could call or email him with any question or concern, no matter how small, and he would respond back to us within a very reasonable timeframe. He was patient and understanding with us since we were new at building a home.
After horror stories from people who worked with other builders, it was a scary proposition to decide to build a house. We picked the right builder. Brett was always available for questions and help. He would give us his opinion but would leave any decision up to us.
