Initial meeting with you and your agent to discuss your budget, your custom plan and the lot you want to build on. We will talk about septic systems and wells if needed or any unique circumstances to your specific lot. We will answer any questions about what to expect in the home building journey.
Meet with a local plan designer to draw your plans to meet your specific needs.
Once we have the plan, we will present you with the pricing and detailed specifications. From there you can sign a construction agreement that has all the specifications for your build.

Begin the selection process which will include flooring, paint colors, cabinetry, countertops, door styles, plumbing fixtures and any details we will need to build your new home.
Once the permits are ready and the construction loan has closed, we will begin construction. We will have some onsite meetings during construction and answer any questions along the way.
Upon completion of the construction, we don’t simply hand over the keys. Instead, we offer a thorough orientation, guiding you through the features and necessary maintenance aspects of your new home. This ensures a seamless transition as you move into the home of your dreams, built with precision, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.

We could call or email him with any question or concern, no matter how small, and he would respond back to us within a very reasonable timeframe.
